Janeke is an Italian heritage brand (established in 1830) known for professional-quality hair tools. For nearly two centuries, the Janeke family has guided the brand through new technologies, materials, and evolving beauty rituals - always anchored by an uncompromising standard of quality.
From design to final production, every tool is crafted in Italy using advanced materials such as carbon fiber, bioplastics, titanium, and premium natural bristles. An in-house toolmaking department ensures precision, independence, and consistent quality. This long-standing expertise results in tools known for their refinement, reliability, and long-lasting performance.
Janeke has been recognized for its excellence since its early years. In 1847 and 1855, the founder, Giorgio Janeke, received gold and silver medals for industrial innovation from the Imperial Regio Istituto Lombardo di Scienze, Lettere e Arti. This tradition of recognition continues today, with Janeke being honored among the historic founding companies celebrated during the 80th anniversary of Assolombarda.
